Credit Card Service Fee

A 3.5% service fee is applied to all credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to debit cards or cash payments.

Quotes

All quotes and previous transaction pricing are good for (1) Business Day Only & are subject to increased pricing as the market dictates.

Special Orders

Full Payment is required for any special order ahead of Escondido Metal Supply placing the order. Any returns of Special-Order merchandise are subject to our existing vendor agreements and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns on any shipping fees will be given. No returns or refunds will be issued if material is specifically cut to size or vendor refuses the return for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to sign off on any special-order material, including but not limited to, color, size, type, grade, & shipping method. 

Will-Calls

All Will-Calls must be picked up within (3) Business Days of order & are subject to possible Restocking and/or Storage Fees.  This includes both In-Stock & Special-Order merchandise.

Returns

Return merchandise must be in the original selling condition and the return date cannot exceed (14) fourteen calendar days from the invoice date.

We do not accept returns for any Special Order, Cut, Surplus, Remnant or otherwise Damaged merchandise including Water Damage.  All returns are subject to store inspection and are not guaranteed.

Tool Returns

Any tool returns are subject to individual warranty through the vendors only.
